4...3..2.1 HAPPY NEW YEAR! HAPPY NEW MILLENNIUM!

Those were the words that rang in the year 2000
While pepole were waiting in Times Squeres for the new Millennium the Joel fans were parting down in Madison Square Garden for a four hour concert.

Some May have not known that Billy almost mised the Millennium count down due to him not being able to see the gaint screen/clock located above the stage.

When The clock struck 12:00 TONS of confetti fell form the ceiling
According to Billy from an interview he said in part:"I was swallowing confetti,"I was drowning in confetti. We're pulling it out of our hair, out of our teeth,thay kanda over did it with the confetti".
