Carlton R. Rouh

Carlton Rouh was a Hero from my Home town of Lindenwold, N.J. He was a tall figure of a man, 6'4" and about 260 lbs. A Proud Man and a Proud Marine. He served His Men and His Country well. I remember the day that Our Small Town Dedicated a Sun Dial which was installed beneath the Flag Pole at the local High School. Lower Camden County Regional High School, the School I attended. It was a Dedication to Honor a Man who put Himself in Harms way to save His Men. For this Courageous Act He was Awarded The "Congressional Medal of Honor," the Highest Military Medal that can be awarded.
