Donkey Kong vs. Link (Match Closed)
This is Nintendorealm's second deathmatch of the season. This match pits brains (Link) against brawn (Donkey Kong). In anticipation, the audience fills the arena to the top in this Sunday Afternoon deathmatch.
Bowser Koopa and Kammy Koopa walk in through their respective Green and Purple doors.
Bowser: Welcome, all to this afternoon's deathmatch, I am hosting along with my assistant, Kammy Koopa. Now, to introduce our fighters. In the Brown corner, the Simian Slammer, the Apey Annihilator, Donkey Kong!
Kammmy: And, in the Green Corner, the boy hero of Hyrule and The Legend of Zelda series, Link! Just to note, that this Link is Child Link the First, hero of the first part of The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time.
A target with the word "Ready" appears in the sky above the arena. It is hit with Poison Gas from Bowser (One of his moves in Super Mario RPG). Another with "Make Sure You're Ready" appeared, which was hit with Crusher from Bowser. Finally, a target with "Go" appeared, which was hit with Bowser Crush, signalling the start of the match.
Link started off with a hit from his Kokiri Sword. Donkey Kong took it full-force in his shoulder. Donkey retaliated with a solid Punch. Link then backflipped over DK's head, but was met with a Giant Punch that Donkey had been winding up for. Link was sent against the stadium wall at a speed of 126 KPH. He suddenly began to run circles around DK, dizzying him. Link finished this maneuver with a shot of his Boomerang. DK was momentarily stunned, while Link used a Spin Attack with no magic. Donkey came out of his daze, and attempted to hit Link with Spinning Kong. Link rolled out of the way just in time and planted a Bomb on Donkey Kong's foot. Donkey sent it all the way to Flin Flon, Manitoba.
DK: Donkey say try again, wimpy boy.
Link: I have to hurry and get this over with, I have a swimming lesson in Lake Hylia at 4:00.
Link shot a Deku Seed from his Fairy Slingshot at Donkey. Donkey laughed to himself, thinking, "how much damage was a seed going to do?". He was very, very wrong. The seed hit him so hard that he was sitting against the wall, allowing Link to deliver the final blow with the powers of the Golden Goddess, Din, with Din's Fire. The battle was over.
