Well, we went to Barnagate Lighthouse on the same day we went to Sea Girt.
Imagine our surprise when we got there and it was closed...lol.
They're painting the outside of it, and, I guess, restoring the inside too.
I was disappointed because one of my favorite things to do,
is to go to the top and see the view from there.
It will be reopened in mid-August, but I don't know when I'll go back. It's a long ride..lol..
and there are others to see. I put these up because it's another stop on the
New Jersey Heritage Trail and I'm trying to get to all of them.
I added the bottom picture when I was rescanning the pictures. I'm not sure why,
but, for some reason I really like it, so there it is...lol.
