6/15/02-The members of the Marching Patriots voted on the theme for next year's field show.Next year,the Marching Patriots will perform "The Music of Queen".Best Wishes to all.
-The officers for the 2002-2003 season have been chosen.The Colorguard Captain is Caitlin Hugelmeyer and Co-Captains are Carla Pallay and Tana Martins.Drum Major is Amanda Doughty and Asst. Drum Major is Dan Suarez.Congratulations!
-It has been decided that the first ever Colonia High Drumline Camp will be held this summer.See the drumline section for more info.

Colonia is one of 9 towns in Woodbridge Twp.The band is made up of about 25 members(hey,I took a guess).As the cheerleaders announce at the football games(I hope they don't do that next year),"The band is led on the field by director Jeff Nordahl,Drum Major Cliff Jessop,Assistant Drum Major Amanda Doughty,Drum Captain Eric DaCunha,Drum Lieutenant Harry Sandhu,Colorguard Instructor Karen DeAngelo(no relation to Mike),Captains Vanessa Dorish and Maria Maisto,Co Captains Nicole Krimin and Caitlin Hugelmeyer."The Marching Patriots perform at Colonia High football games,parades in Woodbridge Twp,and go on an annual band trip(this year being to Anapolis,MD).Recent honors include marching as a combined band with Woodbridge and JFK High Schools in former mayor of Woodbridge Twp and current governor James McGreevey's Inagural Parade(as stated in the news).
