I-895: This exit list covers approximately 96 miles worth of ground. I-895 is the first useful fictional freeway since the rebuilding phase began. This fictional freeway serves many purposes. In New Jersey, it provides non stop service to all DRPA bridges. The Walt Whitman and Ben Franklin already can be hit non stop from the ACE. The Betsy Ross and Commodore Barry cannot. US-13: The bypass for US-13 this creates is approximately 26.5 miles long, and is entirely within this exit list (namely PA from mile 1 to mile 27.5). The rest of the rerouted US-13 runs via Frankford Ave from near about Adams Ave (the 895 split) up to Robbins Ave. where it meets existing US-13. The displaced portion of US-13, for the purpose of this exit list, would be known as Historic US-13. I-95/I-476 multiplexes: Exit numbers are dually signed on this exit list. The first number is the fictional exit number on I-895. The second number (the one in parenthesis) is the already existing exit number on the respective road. US-1 multiplex: Exit numbers are dually signed on this exit list. The first number is the fictional exit number on I-895. The second number (the one in parenthesis) is the exit number of fictional US-1 if PA was to assign mile markers and exit numbers to all its freeways. The exit numbers are based on the fact that the end of the Roosevelt Expressway is 50 miles from the Maryland state line. NJ-90: NJ-90 would be decommissioned. Fictional I-895 takes in the entire 3.22 mile length of NJ-90. Exit numbers on this portion of I-895 would coincide with exit numbers on NJ-90 if 90 was given exit numbers. I-895 and I-776: I-895 in New Jersey between exits 10 and 31, along with the length of fictional I-776, provide another freeway alternative between Central Philadelphia/Camden and Atlantic City. Atlantic City Expressway (I-72): Exit numbers on the Atlantic City Expressway portion of I-895 coincide with exit numbers on the Atlantic City Expressway. I-895 in NJ is routed in such a way that the split in Winslow Township is 31.4 miles from Atlantic City and 31.4 miles from the Betsy Ross Bridge.
