Once upon a time, there was a plan on the books in New Jersey to build an NJ-45 freeway from Mullica Hill to Westville. This was part of a bigger master plan to build more freeways state- wide, to handle the inevitable increase in traffic flow. If those plans had come through, maybe now, we wouldn't have the traffic tieups that a lot of little towns are experiencing. Now, to the exit list:
