HC Jetstream Herd Ewe Were Here, HXAs, HSBs ~ "Mia"
(Mia is spayed)

Mia on sheep at 18 weeks.
She was a mentally mature puppy from the start,
so she was able to handle simple training at an early age.

Mia gets the job done at a recent competition.

Mia earns High in Trial at the Del-Bay Herding Trial on August 5, 2006, under Judge Bob Dias from California. The next day, on August 6, 2006, she earns her herding championship under Judge Barbara Lockard of Florida!

Mia carefully "walks up" on her way to a High-in-Trial award!

After a hard day's work, don't I deserve to lounge on the furniture?

Mia was injured in 2009, so she was unable to work. With lots of rest and some rehab at Aqua Dog Rehab in Flanders, NJ, she is doing better, but 2010 was a quiet year since Mia's brother Ross was injured too. Therefore, trialing came to a standstill...

MIA IS THE 2007 NEBCA
NOVICE-NOVICE CHAMPION!

In October 2007, Mia and I competed in the Novice-Novice division of the Northeast Border Collie Association's Novice Finals, and Mia's consistency earned us the Novice-Novice championship. Not bad for a little suburban princess dog who only sees sheep once a week!

I got my eyes on ewe!
