According to Christy Marx' Jem Bible, Graphix was to be a valley girl who was spoiled rotten as a child. She had incredible artistic talent, but couldn't come up with an original idea. Her parents bought her all the finest in art supplies and paper, but she chose to use them not to create original drawings on canvas, but instead to "enhance" the walls and everything else in her parents' home.
She originally went to New York City to become a graffitti artist. She kept herself alive by doing murals for windows in all the department stores.
Eventually she came back to Los Angeles, and was discovered by Eric Raymond. He hired her to design for him. She now does things for the Misfits and Stingers. She designs their posters, t-shirts, logos etc. She will happily work with the Misfits and loves their troublemaking tendencies, but mostly hangs around the Stingers. She has fallen for Riot, and would do anything for him. Naturally.
