Mollösund
This is a lovely town, that is highly active in the day time( BUT DON'T HAVE A NIGHTLIFE AND SHOULDN'T HAVE IT BECAUSE IT WOULD RUIN THE PLACE FOREVER) even thought it can be quiet in the streets!,
it is a lovely little town on the westcoast of Sweden.
It is truly a beauty, it would and could certainly be a haven for painters from all over the world!
In the summer time it is at it's prime.
IMPORTANT=You should know a bit about boats, and when you are there to gain up on your supplies on your boat and ask for directions, there are some lovely "islands" around there!BUT DON'T GET LOST, MAKE SURE YOU HAVE A MOBILE PHONE WITH YOU.
Good to have a boat or hire a boat before because there are some lovely site there, MAKE SURE ALL OF THE PASSENGERS HAVE LIFEPRESERVERS.
IMPORTANT=There is only one Inn there and not many rooms, so either you have to have a sailboat and sleep there, or call the Inn long before the summer vacation!
To walk on the roads there on a hot summerday is undescribable!

Go to the harbour, then around the harbour, to the little shop"Tappen" and then go up for a road, like a hill

previously Mollön was very important because they keept most of the animals there for pasture, and for toolfixing and also the drying fish there
There was and is very good places to dock the boat ( but it is private properites there so don't go there) But it is a beauty!
And if you have permission to go there then do not bath in the ponds! there are many of those kinds of "snails" that suck blood there
