| 1 | There have been rumors flooding through April Island that the caves on the north end of the island have become home to a small band of vermin plotting to take the throne from the Starswords. It is true that everybeast who tried to go near the caves have mysteriously disappeared. Many citizens have gone to King Dathan to warn him, but he has stubbornly dismissed the rumors as idle gossip and will not take any of the necessary precautions. He is planning a trip by himself to the caves to prove the rumors wrong. Queen Amaryllis is beside herself with worry, and she asks you to go without the king knowing to find out the truth and to rescue anybeast that has been captured (if any are still alive). The catch: King Dathan is leaving tomorrow for the caves. You may take a few creatures with you on your mission, but remember that if more than, say, five beasts go to the caves, the castle guards will get suspicious and tell the king. | 2 | There is a spy in our midst... the SwiftClaw Empire has discovered some of April Island's secrets! Dathan has no idea how, and decides that the best way to find out who is the spy is to act like he knows nothing and have one of April Island's citizens search (without stirring up suspicion) and find who the imposter is! | 4 | Crystal Palace is under siege! Hordes of vermin surround the castle, and King Dathan has been wounded and is unable to lead the army trapped inside the castle. Amaryllis is running things, but intends to escape the castle and let the vermin take over until reinforcements arrive to help regain control. However, you were outside of the castle at the time that the siege started, and are still outside. You have gotten word that the reinforcements are already here, but need at least two days to prepare for battle. You must get inside the castle and get word to the Queen to hold the castle for at least two more days. | 7 | The Queen and King are badly in need of a vacation. You volunteer to rule in their place for two weeks until they get back. Tell what happened during the time you ruled April Island. Include at least one disaster (such as a small battle, a huge storm, an oven blowing up, a huge flu epidemic, etc.) but don't try to say something like, "I demolished Crystal Palace and built a huge branch of SETI in its place."
