Deprogramming Charges Dismissed A Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania magistrate recently dismissed charges against three men accused of false imprisonment, simple assault and conspiracy in the three-day deprogramming of a 24-year-old New York City man. Charles Marburger, Jr., testified that his mother had hired the men to “talk” to him about his membership in a group called the Church of Bible Understanding led by Rev. Stuart Trail of Philadelphia.
