With over 20 years of experience developing programs for personal growth and transformation, Teresa is Director of NEW MILLENNIUM CONSULTING GROUP, INT'L., a subsidiary of AXIS MAGNA GROUP. She is dedicated to helping individuals and businesses achieve their goals. Having worked with both large and small corporations, all types of personalities, as well as a wide range of projects, all in an effort to achieve this aim, her expertise in a variety of related fields makes her an excellent coach for senior executives and professionals, as well as a facilitator for growing strong teams.
After completing her Bachelor's Degree in Liberal and Expressive Arts, she worked in the hi-tech field and discovered first-hand the need for “work-life balance”. Attaining this balance became top priority and helping others do the same is now her mission. She began working with coaching mentors and developed into one herself. Her studies have included: international business development, psychology, communications, public speaking, conflict management, goal, stress & time management, work-life balance, personal transformation & integration, image development and an array of tools for self-discovery.
Teresa has become extremely effective at what she does. Her involvement in both the public and private sectors is pioneering. Having assisted corporations such as AT&T, Xerox, Pacific Bell, Sun Microsystems, and I.B.M., computer start-ups, work-life balance companies such as Breakthrough Presentations and others, as well as many, many individuals, she is successful working with individuals and groups ready for personal transformation in the realm of empowerment and ultimate fulfillment.
Having developed a range of programs for a diverse client base, she has trained hundreds of people from a range of backgrounds. Both individuals and groups enjoy working with her.
For every program she creates, Teresa composes leader's guides, workbooks, visuals and other materials for group events. |
