I have taken some time to research the listings in the area and have gotten feedback from many of these places. Most of these are going to be full during the time of the convention because of tourism and the Carlsbad Caverns. PLEASE MAKE YOUR ARRANGEMENTS EARLY !!!! Our Host Hotel though it seems pricey has cut nearly $30.00 from the normal nightly price. It has a wonderful all you can eat breakfast buffet every day till 9:00am that in itself will save $10.00 per person per day on meals
