This award is for those pages Just starting out can not have more than 99 guests and not many broken links {when I started out I had one broken link so dont be saying "its cuase im new" if none of your links work}.
This award is for those sites that are EXTREAMLY great no broken links,accurate info,and lots to do {im really leniount[pardon my spelling] on this part} it dosnt matter how many people have visited your site you could be the only one for all I care its your site I look at and it has to be great {I already said that ^_^}.
To get this award you must have at least pictures of the "Nega-Scum" {as sailor moon would say} in your site and once again NO More than 2 Broken links.
This award is somewhat hard to win as before no more than 2 links broken and it must have lots to do with Sailor Mars its alright if you have stuff with the other scouts but you MUST have lots to do with Mars.
