If you have never seen caverns, you might want to go to Carlsbad. Carlsbad is known for their breath taking caverns. This place is a great destination for education no matter what the age. If you have little kids, you might want to keep a strong hand on them because it is dark in there. Even though you are with a guide you can still get lost easily. But when you're in their it is amazing. First off, their is water leaking from the top of the rocks because you are underground. If you are lucky you might even see some bats. Don't worry, they won't attack you.
Hotel
If you go to the caverns, your likely to stay the whole day, so you
might want to find somewhere to "park it". A good hotel is the Best
Western. Here you get to stay the night so you don't have to make that drive back to the city. For detailed directions click on the
