Santa Fe
Santa Fe is the cultural center for the entire state of New Mexico. I say this because there are more art museums, art stores, street vendors, etc. there than in any other city in New Mexico.
All of the main action seems to take place in the Plaza, where you can find great shops and a great time. You can also visit the capital of our state there, what we call the roundhouse.
If you are more of an adventureous person, you can go ski some of the state's best trails at Santa Fe's ski resort. They range from very easy to very challenging and will be fun for you and your loved ones.
Overall, this city is a heaven for very artsy people, and people who like to explore new things. But, your little ones will get bored sooner or later, so if you visit, try not to bring them along.
