HERES SOME OF THE QUESTS THAT WILL BE IN DIABLO 2:

Quest Descriptions

The Forgotten Tower It involves killing everything old buildings and recieving treasure as your reward.

The Field of Stones Revive an old field of magical stones which possess teleportation abilities and may give you the ability to visit tristram or enlist the aid of Deckard Cain from the original game.

Sisters Burial Ground You go to a monastery's burial grounds, where you find that dead rogues have been resurrected by Andariel's magic. This may be the first quest.

Den of Evil From what i hear its the same as "The Forgotten Tower" quest but most likly will have a few changes none the less
