Secret Character: Shinra Soldier: To get the Secret Character, the
Shinra Soldier, here is what you must do: Get all 12 of the Shinra
armored action figures (Win them at the Speed Square) and bring them
to the Weapon seller/maker. He says if you bring him some lead, he can
make something out of them. Get into a fight with Emerald weapon and
through the Ultima Sword at him, a chunk of lead will come off him and
he'll fly away. Bring it to the Weapon maker and he will mold them
together and make a Shinra Soldier Robot. He joins your party as a
permanent member.
