Dr. Loveless reappears with another plot to rid the world of Jim West and Artemus Gordon and claim the globe for himself. This time, Loveless has come up with a device that moves living beings in and out of paintings. He plans to put killers in a number of paintings, place the paintings in the rooms of all of the world's leaders, then release the killers and take over the world. Unfortunately, he's got our two secret agents to deal with first.
