This is another in the series of vintage repro patterns from Mini-Fashion Boutique -- "Fashion Editor" -- one of the classiest vintage favorites from 1965.

With this pattern you can recreate the look of the original ensemble in any color you like! Shown on the pattern envelope is my fuchsia version with blue trim, print bodice, slim skirt, sleeveless jacket and pillbox hat. The satin-trimmed jacket is sleeveless and closes in the back with snaps, while the vintage technique for the zipper is replicated for the dress closure. Crystal sprinkles add sparkle to the bodice.

Hand-painted floral buds adorn the jacket and hat, echoing the vintage style, and the detail is shown below side-by-side with the original vintage:

This pattern is a complete re-design which was originally part of my Aileen’s Petite Fashions collection. Clear, precisely-drawn pattern pieces and a separate instruction booklet with illustrations for specific steps come in a 6" x 9" white envelope with color photo on the front, as shown above.
