This is another pattern from my Aileen's Petite Fashions collection, designed to fit Barbie and other 11-1/2" fashion dolls.

RED FLARE COAT first came out in 1962 and is the perfect completion to Silken Flame #977 (APF #51) which was released in 1960. This red velvet coat is satin lined and features puff sleeves and band neckline. Includes patterns for the pillbox hat and purse.

This design was originally drafted by Aileen's Petite Fashions (Mini-Fashion Boutique became sole owner of Aileen's Petite Fashions in 1999). The pattern includes a sketch and typed instructions as originally done by Aileen, with pattern pieces drawn by hand and printed on 8˝" x 11" white paper. Pattern is two pages. Please note that while this pattern reflects the original design, it is a similar but not exact reproduction. APF patterns are available exclusively from Mini-Fashion Boutique.
