My Favorite
Recipes
Most people aren't aware of it, but I'm really quite a good cook. The following recipes are some of my favorites, most of which are of my own invention.

Note, to those of you who insist on cooking out of a box
or can, and those who only use a microwave oven; go
elsewhere for your recipes. I make everything from scratch,
and use a conventional kitchen range and oven.

PEPPY MACARONI

Ingredients:

Directions:
Brown ground beef, onion and pepper. Drain.
Cook macaroni according to package directions
Combine all ingredients, except cheese, and pour
into a large cakepan.
Sprinkle cheese on top.
Cover and bake ar 350 for 45 minutes
Uncover and bake 5-10 minutes more, until cheese melts



Mr. Ed's coleslaw

Ingredients:
For every 4 cups of shredded cabbage you will need-

Directions:
Combine cabbage, onion, green pepper and radishes.
In a separate bowl combine Miricle Whip, sugar and
vinegar or lemon juice to make a dressing.
Stir dressing into cabbage mixture. Chill.
NOTE: This tastes best after being refridgerated overnight.



French Dressing

Ingredients:

Directions
Combine ingredients and shake until thourghly blended.



Foolproof Piecrust

Ingredients:

Directions:
Mix first 4 ingredients with a fork.
In a separate bowl, beat
together the remaining ingredients.
Combine the two mixtures using only as much liquid as nessessary.
Chill for 15 minutes.
