Currently we carry the entire line of CVA rifles and pistols.
The St. Louis Hawken delivers consistent dependability and accuracy. The Hawken features
CVA's patented breechplug and bolster system for more reliable ignition and greater safety.
Steady aim is made possible by the Hawken-style trigger guard, which allows the shooter to
tighten his grip. Double-set triggers allow for sensitive preset trigger pull for greater accuracy.
This rifle is beautifully accented with brass butt plate, patchbox, trigger guard, wedge plates,
nose cap and thimbles.
CVA's Mountain Rifle
authentically replicates the no-nonsense rifles of the mountain men who first explored the
American West. Featuring all browned steel hardware, a fine figured American Maple stock,
buckhorn rear sight and German silver wedge plates and blade front sight, this rifle offers custom
quality and true traditional appeal. Designed to shoot patched round balls, the 32" browned steel
barrel has a 1 in 66" rifling twist and is extremely accurate. This CVA Mountain Rifle is made in
the USA and limited to a production run of only 500 pieces. It is a great choice for the collector
as well as the hunter.
The St. Louis Hawken Flintlock delivers dependability and accuracy in the most traditional
of blackpowder rifles. This sturdy gun features CVA's own patented breechplug system for
more consistent ignition and greater safety. A steady aim is made possible by fully
adjustable sights and the Hawken style trigger guard, which allows the shooter to tighten
his grip. Double set triggers allow for sensitive preset trigger pull for greater accuracy. The
rifle is beautifully decorated with a brass buttplate, patchbox, trigger guard, wedge plates,
nose cap and thimbles. The gun comes with complete instructions and CVA's lifetime
mechanical warranty.
The performance features that make the Hawken Rifle the
choice of muzzleloading deer hunters, make the Hawken
Pistol a hard-working shooter too. The button style breech
eases take down and cleaning. The patented
breechplug/bolster system and hefty lock add safety for
shooting.
The Kentucky Pistol had its origin in the post-
Revolutionary days. Fortunate indeed was the
backwoodsman who carried a pistol which complemented his
rifle. The graceful lines, rich blue barrel, and brass furniture
make it an excellent choice for many blackpowder
enthusiasts.
