Ten steps to human happiness

1.   We must accept ourselves as we are.

2.   We must accept responsibility for our actions and reactions.

3.   We must fulfil our human needs of relaxation, exercise and nourishment.

4.   We must make our lives acts of love by loving ourselves, others, and God.

5.   We must stretch by stepping out of our "comfort zones."

6.   We must learn to be "good friends", looking for what is good in ourselves,
      in others, and in various situations in life.

7.   We must seek growth not perfection.

8.   We must learn to communicate effectively.

9.   We must learn the good things of life.

10. We must make prayer part of our daily lives.
