Lesson:
Creating a table.
Define fields
On pages A 1.13, we see how to create a table.
From within the database, click on “create a table in Design view.”
Now give the field names and define them so that you can later key in the data, which will go there.
Key in the data type, which will tell Access what kind of data will go there, numbers, currency, or letters.
Now a description may be entered for that field.
