To add text....

Click on the Slide where it states, "Click here to add text."

To add graphics...

Click on the Slide where it states, "Click here to add Clip Art."

or

Select "Insert," "Picture," "Clip Art," to view the clip art provided by Microsoft.

or

Select "Insert," "Picture," "From file" to view pictures saved on your system.

Now a New window should come up...

Click on the Folder and Picture which you would like to add.
