One of the first paintings I completed is entitled Prickly Pear Valley.

I later completed Jesus on the Cross, also a copy of a painting by Bernadette Vigil.
I then attempted various flowers, such as Sunflowers and Tulips and Calla Lilies on Orange
Other flower paintings includeBlue Lily Valley. And Blue Lily Valley II.
Other works include Purple Iris/Fire Sky, and Sunflowers and Adobe Brick, and recently, Red Hollies.
New Mexico inpired paintings includeChurch with Holly Hocks and Sante Fe Christmas and Golden. Currently, I'm working on another New Mexico church painting, Untitled.
Landscapes painted include Saguaro Cactus Landscape, and Valley on Fire, and Patchwork Desert Mountains.
On occasion I paint mail boxes, like this adobe house box.
About the artist ROBYN WELLMAN
I am a fourth generation native New Mexican. I'm definetly proud of that fact and furthermore, don't understand why not everyone is crazy about my home state. I always hear them whining, "I miss green!" Whatever.
I live in Albuquerque, NM, where I work as a speech and language pathologist for CES and am contracted out to a middle school and two elementary schools in Santa Fe. I built another web site for speech therapy ideas and resources.
I am the proud mother of 2 children, 8 year old Sebastian and 3 year old Patricia.
