N00B CON is hosted by the Grande Prairie Composite High School's Anime Club, which is a student-driven club in Grande Prairie, Alberta. The first N00B CON was in April of 2007, and the second one was in February of 2008. N00B CON 3 is scheduled for February 7, 2009 at the Grande Prairie Composite High School.
