Character analysis: Faita is exactly what her name means in Japanese: Strong fighter. When not on the battle field or reading a book, she's in a fist fight with one person or another. At age ten she ran away from her Austrian home to escape her aristocratic lifestyle. Little did she know her past would be directly related to her future! At several times she is forced to return to her home, once after being captured by her cousin, Mirai Naraku, better known as one of the two generals leading the eternal Rose organization.
Character insight: Faita lived on the streets for a few years when her trip to America turned into a nightmare. The town she was staying in with her family was bombed, and she was separated from her family, her father killed. Not being eager to return to her idealistic mother, she meets up with a few street urchins and they form a gang that is abruptly broken up around her ninth birthday. The police did blood tests on the group of orphans, finding that only Faita had a family.
Notes: Lori is Faita's first name, but she hates it, so everyone calls her by her middle name.
