Bubbles is a very cute card, kind of like Glow and Sweet. Bubble has the power to . . .make bubbles. Not much to it. Bubble does not make any kind of appeartence in the Clow Card series, except when Kero is looking through all the cards. However, it does appear in the Sakura/Star Card series. It takes on the form of a mermaid on the front of the card.
When Yue and Keroberos were under Eli/Eriol's transformation block, Keroberos became covered in flour during a little dispute. Keroberos suggests the card, thus giving him a bubble bath (^-^). The main purpose of the card is to basically give Keroberos baths, because apparently Clow Reed was quite a lazy sorcerer.
