The Dash card is small and cat-like in it's true form, and actually reminds us (the cardcaptors squad) of Gatomon from Digimon! Dash first appears in episode 30, "The Race". After a rough chase Sakura loses the Dash card's trail and decides to look for it later, even though Kero warns her that the longer she waits the stronger it will become.
In the mean time Jessie, a girl from Sakura's school, has found the Dash card and thinks it's a hurt cat. She takes it in and helps it regain it's strength. It is later secretly captured by Sakura, but Li is the one who gets to keep it. When summoned, it has the ability to increase one's speed.
