As Kero quoted in episode 35, "Since Fiery's one of the four elements, it's power is incredibly strong!" He of course, was right. Fiery is extremly powerful, and extremly dangerous. It is able to manipulate fire basically. In the episode, when Sakura tries to put out the fire with Windy, it uses the card to spread the flames.
