The Flaot Card is not a dangerous Clow Card, but it can be if it gets out of hand with it's powers. It has the ability to make things float. Sakura has used this on a couple of occasions when walking wasn't the way to get somewhere. It sometimes takes on the form on a ball with wings.
In Episode 15 after Sakura and Kero got into a fight, the two seperated for a little bit. Kero found a girl who missed her father and wanted to see him in heaven by flying there, so she started floating up into the sky. Sakura found them fortunatly, then sealed the card before using Wood to rescue her. When used as a card, it allowed people or objects to float.
