The Move Card is not dangerous to anyone really, but as Sakura and Li found out, it's just plain annoying! It's powers are to basically move objects to random locations with a pair of small pink wings. It's capture is not really that tough, but trying to predict it's next location is.
In Episode 19, Sakura and Li were both assigned summer homework, and part of it was to read a book. However, Move got to it, so it disappeared and reappeared all over the place. Sakura managed to finally used her powers in the end to predict the next location, thus capturing it. However, she fell into a nearby stream, taking Li with her when he tried to stop her. Oh well. ^_^
