The Rain Card is a very curious being, and accoridng to the tales, is never seen without the Wood Card nearby. It floats around atop of a cloud, which releases the rain which gave it the name of Rain Card.
In Episode 4, it appeared in Sakura's house as well along with Wood. To capture it, Sakura summoned Watery to trap it in a bubble. She then sealed it after a quick struggle. When summoned as a card, it releases the same rain powers that it had when it still roamed free.
