The Shot Card is dangerous if the holder does not understand it's powers. If the card's name is read aloud, it will release and begin attacking the first person it see's with beams of light until it is stopped. This is hard to do because it is extremly quick. As well, it's accurracy continues to improve until it either takes out the target, or until it is sealed.
In Episode 28, Meilin didn't realize she had the real Shot Card because she bought it from a store where they were selling novelty cards of similar resemblance. When Li tried to get it from her, it released and began attacking Li. Sakura finally used the Mirror Card and summoned a mirror which relfected the attack back at it, revealing it's form as the picture above. It's affects are currently unknown when summoned as a card.
