The Storm Card is a powerful attack card in the deck, but still is not as powerful as Watery and Firey. Storm has the ability to create powerful tornado's to unleash upon it's opponents. Th is the second card Li adds to his collection.
Storm appears in Episode 15, but doesn't appear long. It was simply the card which opens the episode up. Sakura and Li fought it, but as stated before, when Storm was defeated Li was the one it went to because he played a bigger role in it's defeat. When summoned it will create powerful and large tornado's.
