The Time Card is probably one of the hardest to capture because of it's powers. It has the ability to speed up, rewind, or stop time. However, with rewinding and fast forwarding, it can only do this at the strike of midnight. It can stop time any time, which gave Sakura trouble when she tried to seal it in episode 12.
