If you're one to cherish your voice and speaking ability, then steer clear of this little being. The Voice Card has the ability to steal people's voices and use them for it's own purposes. As you can see from the picture below, it has an odd form.
In Episode 37, Madison's voice was stolen by Voice, causing her to not be able to speak or sing. Later, Sakura summoned the power of Song to defeat it and allow her to seal it. When summoned, it can copy or steal the opponent's voice.
