During gym class, Sakura is woundering what to get Mathieu for Christmas and birthday. Tiffanie says she knows someone who might be able to help her. So after class, Stephanie is washing her hands and Sakura and Tiffanie are walking towards her. Stephanie is saying something about kidnapping her, and forcing Lionel to hand over his Clow Cards. Sakura says no, and that she's only there to ask her for a tip for a birthday present. At recess, Tiffanie, Sakura and Stephanie are talking. Sakura says since Stephanie has lived with a boy most of her life, wound know what to get him(they don't mension his name because Stephanie dosn't know Mathieu). Sephanie answers:"If you like someone, it really dosn't matter, because what matters is what comes fram the heart. Sometimes ,I'll buy something for Lionel or I'll make something for him." Then Sakura gets an idea.
After schoolSakura and Tiffanie are walking home and talking about what Sakura is going to make for Mathieu (they mension it's for Mathieu later on in the episode).
You see Sakura sitting on her bed, while Kero is stuffing his face with a piece of cake. Kero flies over towards Sakura and presses the button for speed dial. Sakura calls Mathieu and asks if he wanted to go to the Christmas Carnival.

Mathieu and Sakura are walking, and they run into Lionel and Stephanie. Lionel is walking next to Mathieu and Stephanie and Sakura are walking behind them. Stephanie asks Sakura if that is the guy (Mathieu) she wanted to give the present to. Sakura answer yes. The four are walking and Mathieu says he's hungry. So they stopped to eat and their waiter is Thomas. Thomas brings them their food and starts eating. Mathieu is finished eating (wow) and sees a fire. He asks Thomas if there's anything going on. Thomas replies replies that it's really on fire. Sakura and Lionel are saying to each other that it's a Clow Card. They run into the bushes and Thomas is chasing after them. As soon as Lionel is on the other side of the bushes, where Tiffanie and Kero are hidden, and uses the Time Card. He then orders Sakura to use the Sleep card. She uses it. All of a sudden, a circle of flames is sorounding Sakura and Lionel. Kero comes and explains to Sakura that its the Fiery Card and since its an element card, its more powerful. Lionel asks that the element cards Sakura has is Windy and Watery. She says yes. She then uses Windy, but to her suprise the flames grew bigger. Kero says that in order to capture the card, she must use Windy and Watery at the same time. She does this, at the Fiery is defeted. She then captures it.
The four are on the ferriswheel. Lionel is telling Stephanie that she missed a really important capture. Then she sees Sakura with Mathieu. Sakura gives Mathieu his Chrismas and birthday present. He opens it, and its a tiny hand-made doll (its super kawaii). Mathieu asks if Sakura had made it herself.
