I am a Naval Officer in the Canadian Navy whose interest in modeling stems back to his childhood. Although my projects vary in nature, I enjoy building science fiction subjects because of the freedom from reality.
After seeing an episode of SPACE 1999 when I was 10 years old, I became hooked on
sci-fi. I build models right out of the box, kitbash them and
scratchbuild. I have built models for others and enjoy assisting new modelers in getting started. While I prefer sci-fi subjects, I enjoy building other subjects such as aircraft, cars, ships and large scale figures. I have yet to find any
armor subject that holds my interest.
Besides modeling, I enjoy reading and gaming (computer, card, and board) both of which lead to modeling
inspirations.
