Sci-Fi Spaceship Miniatures vacu-form kit (Survey Class Starship)

The Grissom is a
vacu-form kit I picked up some time ago. It built up well, It was
as easy as a normal kit.
For the
saucer, supports were added as well extra plastic in the lower hull and
engines. Because it is a vacu-form kit, the kit had thin spots in the
plastic, so backing strips had to be added in some of the joints.
Once all the fill and sanding
was done, it was on to the paint booth, I mixed my own colors for this
kit. The base color is an
Wff White (White and Gray). For some panels I used Model Master
Dark and Light French Blue Grays.
After painting I airbrushed and dry brushed
Flat Black for weathering details.
