This
is my model of the Vulcan Shuttle from Star Trek: The Motion Picture.
It was built straight from the box as there weren't that many parts, there wasn't a lot to alter.
The
paint on the model was spray can Brown and Gold. Once I spray painted the model brown
, I lightly sprayed it gold while the paint was still wet, giving it a
shimmering effect.
The other colors are Black for the engine parts and Florescent
Red & Green for
the navigational lights.
What impressed
me about the model was that it was the only featured Vulcan ship that was out in model
form at the time (1979).
