This
model was based on the AMT STAP Droid from Star Wars Episode I.
The Droid is stock except for making the fingers moveable so
that they fit the handlebars better.
The STAP Bike was rotated from the vertical to the horizontal
and the engines were moved from the middle to the end of the
bike to make a more believable riding position.
The fuel tank was made from sheet styrene, and the boom for the foot
pedals is the tail from a 1/72 scale UH-60 Blackhawk helicopter kit. The
camouflage color pattern is various shades of Armor Green.
