I was thinking of how the cockpit of the Jedi Starfighter looked similar to the one’s on Battle Mech games.
Thus was born the idea of an all-purpose fighter that could be used in space or as a ground/ship assault vehicle.
The legs and the ship are basically stock. I made a larger mounting pin for the legs from tube styrene and filled in some gaps on the
Starfighter.
The main gun from the AT-ST was added to the nose of the
Starfighter. The Starfighter kit comes pre-painted. I masked off the red areas and sprayed the rest in dark tan. I then did a mild camouflage scheme using sand beige.
