Kickin' it NSYNC style in Molene Illinois!
Another eye witness concert account, this time from Jamie, who saw a show in Molene, Illinois. Feel the magic and be just as jealous as I was!May 4th, Lance's birthday, I get to the hotel at about 3 or so and we are right next to the Mark where they are playing--it is called the Mark of the Quad cities. OK anyway, there are already like 50 girls walking in and out. I didn't want to get there to early so me and my sister left at about 6 or so and the concert didn't start till 7:30. So we get there and look around, we waited in line and I bought a glow stick and a bucket hat. We had good seats, row 12!! ^^^(can I say...lucky, lucky, lucky! :-) ) ^^^
Their opening act was Blaque ^^^(a female trio that Lisa “Left Eye” Lopes from
TLC produced...getting on....)^^^ and then Tatyana Ali,
then at about 8:30 they came out.
I have never heard so many girls scream in my life!!! They opened w/ Here We Go.
Then they sang Crazy For You and For the Girl Who has Everything, and for that they had
about 15 or 20 girls up on stage that they sang too. Pretty cool. They went back stage and
up on the big screen there was a clip of the 60's. Then *N SYNC came out dressed like
the Beatles, I think, and sang one of their songs. They showed a clip of the 70's and came
out dressed like the Jackson 5, singing that ABC.....123 song.
Next came a clip of the 80's and came out dressed like...some people...and sang that song Celebration and then they sang Happy Birthday To Lance. ^^^(can I get an AWWWWW!!!)^^^ Then, yes you guessed it, showed a clip of the 90's and came out dressed like themselves and sang You Got It.
After they talked for while, they sang I Drive Myself Crazy a cappella! OMG it was
so cool! The whole place was singing. It was so neat. They sang some more songs and
God Must Have Spent--and on the very last words when Justin sings ...."on you.." he
wouldn't say them; he just stood there and grinned for about 3 minutes ^^^(typical
showoff Justin! :) )^^^, then Joey whispered something in Justin's ear and he finally
said ...."on you..."
and Justin was grinning so much. For the first time, I personally
thought he looked cute!
The finale: Sailing. They were hooked up to these wires and flew out into the crowd.
As hard as it is to believe, Lance was like right above me and if it wasn't for their bodyguards warning, I
would have stood up on the chair and grabbed his foot.

OOOHHHHH man he looked
good! And as for JC he was wearing this funny little hat and the spot light was on him
while he sang and he looked just like God!

OK, after the concert, I got to go backstage and I talked to JC, Joey, Lance and Chris. I would have talked to Justin but there were ssoooo many girls around him. I gave Lance a balloon and a little Taz thingy. I told him Happy Birthday and that I really liked the concert. And that is about what I told them rest of them, except for the Happy Birthday part, duh. OK then me and my sister get outside and this bus drives away and I knew for sure that it wasn't them cuz I just talked to them. So we waited and sure enough about 15 minutes later here comes their bus and another bus. So me and about 50 or so other girls chase this bus down the street and you could see them in side waving at us!! I was freaking out!!!!! But it was sssuuccch a good concert!!!!!!
