Haunted Hints

1)If your party is in the backyard or basement, have guests enter at the
front door of the house and go through a maze of furniture, cardboard or sheets
to get to the entrance of the party. Make the maze creepy with dim lights ,
terrifying sounds and plenty of cobwebs.

2)For a really eerie setting, replace regular light bulbs with black,
strobe or colored light bulbs. Then arrange false cobwebs on and around the
lamp shades to create some menacing shadows.

3)Arrange a boo-tiful buffet table. Roll up utensils in a festive napkin
and use a Halloween cookie cutter as a napkin ring. To keep utensils to easy reach,
set them in a black plastic cauldron placed near the plates.

4)Get everyone involved in your Halloween party. Have adults or older
kids dress up in scary costumes and be camouflaged in the haunted setting. They
They can pop out at a pre-arranged time for maximum frightness.

5)Set a creepy table for your party. For each guest, roll up a paper napkin
and use a plastic spider ring as a napkin ring.

6)A bewitching way to garnish a Halloween dish is with vegetable cutouts.
Use a small metal cookie cutter or sharp knife to cut Halloween shapes from bell peppers,
carrots, parsnips, squash, eggplant or tomatoes.
