12/02/03: Thank you for still visiting this site (hey, don't you have any other games to play?). I have recently been busier than usual in RL (and had no proper internet either) which is why I have disappeared. But the site will stay up as long as possible. Watch this space for news on mm9+. I have deleted all previous "news" here, except for St0rmCat's (hope I spelled that right) mm7 View editor, which seems to always come in handy to hard-core M&M fans. This a cool little programme that also works for mm6 and mm8, but not mm9 unfortunately. Obviously things are all over the place since you have now 5 characters, not 4, and hacking into your saved games can be tricky. But it's still good for grabbing various image files, seeing the lists of creatures and stats and all the maps in the game. I'd say don't edit anything, but there's lots of things to see if you're doing research about the game. Enjoy! :)

Also, I decided to keep all those old 3DO community profile pictures from my Panorama days, though even the community itself is not there anymore (though afaik they still use some of those pics for the new site). Who knows? Someone might still want to see them. And once again, thanks to St0rmCat and his viewer, which is how I found them :)

Also, something irrelevant for SoD fans: you can download a campaign for "Bohaliland Quest" (I think it also works for other HoMM3 versions but I'm not sure). The maps are not balanced yet, so it might be a bit too easy for now, this is version 3.2. You can unzip it directly into your campaigns folder.
