Only about 30 of the TMNT cartoons were released. A very good online resource(Yeah. That is Rishi) for the toons that were made is www.pricegrabber.com.

You might be able to find them at local media stores like Blockbuster, MediaPlay, Saturday Matinee etc. Local video rental shops might be selling old copies on occassion. A few episodes are still available via www.amazon.com, so check their site out as well.
